All shipments require documentation to be completed by the owner/receiver of the goods. These papers will be supplied by RB Steel & Co and must be returned to RB Steel & Co, before your goods will be despatched from the UK.

Seafreight and Air Freight documents are required by HM Customs & Excise, and/or Export Security, and/or by the Customs office of the Country you are sending your consignment to.

These include an inventory/packing list, plus possible security declarations, and customs forms, depending on the requirements of the country you are shipping to.

We require a photocopy of the ID page of your passport for all shipments. Depending on the service required, and regulations at destination, we may also require a photocopy of your entry/exit visa(s), and/or all pages of your passport. In most Countries you will be required to complete additional documentation at destination prior to receiving your consignment.
